Charles Rose is from Waukesha, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice before graduating from Marquette Law. Charles was involved in athletics throughout his college career as he participated in Tennis at UW-Whitewater and coached summer camps for the Marquette Men's Basketball program.

Throughout college, Charles interned with the United States Marshal's Service, the Sensitive Crimes Unit for the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin Hospitality Group, Smart Asset Realty, and the University of Parkside Athletics Department. Charles also has his real estate license making him extremely knowledgeable in the field. To say the least, he is extremely well-rounded and knowledgeable in a multitude of areas making him such a great resource for his clients.

Charles practices primarily in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine and Ozaukee counties. He has a unique ability to specifically evaluate each client's situation in order to strategize how best to approach specific lawyers, commissioners, and judges. He takes to heart his clients emotional state and incorporates this into making each client comfortable.

In his free time, Charles enjoys traveling, working out, and attending Marquette basketball games and Badger football games.
