We will adapt and we will continue to stay positive!

Effective March 24th 2020, and due to Governor Evers’ directive of “Safer at Home,” we will continue our law practice in an adaptive way.  Your legal needs continue to be of the utmost importance to us.

  1. Existing Clients: We will be working on your cases remotely.  Your cases will absolutely continue to move forward.  The goal is to be prepared to proceed with your hearings when the Court system re-opens for hearings.  The Courts are still exploring options for telephonic appearances in some cases to lessen the pending caseload.  We will stay focused on the work that needs to be done on your file so that your case continues to move forward.
  2. Potential Clients: Your family court issues remain a high priority to us, we are here to help you in this difficult and unprecedented time. We are available via email and telephonically for new client consultations and to assist in answering your questions.  Please reach out to us by contacting Attorney Stephanie Benske at [email protected] or at 414-431-4185.  We will return your calls and emails as soon as possible.

Aside from “social distancing, ” the most important  step we can take in this pandemic is to use our time effectively and efficiently to move your cases toward resolution.  We will assist  you to address all of your concerns as we move forward through this process together.
